The location is convenient to get to. The Cary office is easy in and out to Cary Parkway. The front desk or check in and check out staff was excellent. They were very personable, friendly, helpful and professional in dealings with the patients. Dr. Jocelyn Mendes was very approachable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable in answering my questions, and truly cares about her patients. Dr. Hash is great! She made an uncomfortable procedure a lot more comfortable through her reassurance and kindness! She was very gentle throughout the process. I would trust her for any other procedure needed!
I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Nice group of people and good T what they do.
I went to see Jenn for tox and a consult for laser and if you’re looking for someone who is skilled, honest, and genuinely invested in giving you beautiful results, I highly recommend her. She took her time to really listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a way that made me feel completely comfortable. I won’t be going anywhere else! She was amazing!!
