Amazing! Professional, short wait time, friendly providers and you don’t feel rushed during your time with them.
I went here twice to deal with very painful small cysts on my back. Both times my doctors and nurses were SO NICE! I received a steroid shot that immediately helped with the pain. They were very informative on my options for dealing with the cysts as well. I highly recommend Blue Ridge to anyone dealing with a similar problem. I’ll go here for any further skin problems I may have!
The front desk girls are so great! Especially Ashley!
My last two appointments were rushed, and my provider has cancelled twice so that I end up having to call back and reschedule which keeps pushing my appointment out further. Front desk, billing are either politely defensive or downright rude - Cary location. They refused to reschedule via online portal…and I refuse to stay on hold waiting for someone to answer a phone.
This visit I did with the doctor I should have done 20 years ago these guys are really good they get the job done quickly and i'm extremely happy with the level of communication.
