I feel as though you should only have to call 1person, 1 time to get the answer you are looking for. It's pathetic that I've been going here for years and the only good thing about this place is the doctor's. The staff don't know how to answer questions and give you the run around.
The doctors here are fantastic. However the pharmacy I've had nothing but issues with. There is always a wait even if I call in my prescription. It's never ready when they say it's going to be.
Couldn't be happier to work here and do what we do on a daily basis! Blue ridge helps everyone!
Every time I go to BRCHS, I am so amazed at how efficient they are. I couldn't be happier to go to a clinic that I love and appreciate. The staff there is so nice and it runs like a fine tuned car. My mom and I had an appointment today and we were in and out in know time. Thank you SO much!
