Blue Ridge is a community treasure .. if you need help or health care, there's no better place in Western North Carolina to get it .. Staff are caring, committed and compassionate! (I'm biased of course .. I work there, and am proud to be a part of a wonderful team of helpers!)
I love BRCHC. The staff and doctors are so personal. The pharmacy is right on site and has the best prices. Hands down. Where else can you make payments for emergency dental? Plus they have us on sliding scale, so your care is actually affordable. Dieticians. Mental health care. It's all here. And they honestly care about you.
Blue Ridge is a wonderful place where the providers really care about your health and well-being. Dr. Fralix is such a caring person. The dentists are very gentle--and I hate going to the dentist!!! My husband and I moved to this area without knowing anyone including doctors and dentists. Blue Ridge has been wonderful to us!
I drive 2 hours to get seen for 10 minutes at Behavioral Health. Then if you have an issue with a medication- well do not expect a call back before a week or so has passed! Then they expect you to just jump in your car and drive on down for another 10 whole minutes! But you will have to wait another week to be seen first... This place would drive a crazy person insane. I am now riding high on a deep depression and I hold these people responsible. But what do they care right?
I wish there were more than five stars available - this is a top notch organization! From my amazing doctor to the customer service representatives in billing, I have been consistently wowed by BRCHS! We have lived in larger cities (Charleston, Cincinnati, Denver, Phoenix for example) and have had access to some pretty famous health care organizations, all awesome in their own way. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with. I really wonder if any of them even have real degrees in medicine. I will never be back!
