There are no words that can express our gratitude to Dr. Vail and her staff for the loving care of our 13 year old border collie, Cara. Dr. Vail diagnosed her quickly with aspiration pneumonia from mega esophagus and spent days helping her to recover even when we thought she might not survive. Dr. Vail supplied us with information on the condition and suggestions to help with feeding. Cara loves her new Bailey chair. What a wonderful experience! Dr Vail is so kind and takes such good care of our babies. Her staff were wonderful too. We have definitely found our family vet.
I had to bring my sweet George there today and Dr Vail was SO KIND. To me and our Sweet Ole Man. She sat on the floor, talked to him and me. Never looked down at me (I was crying pretty hard) and was so sweet to George. I can not say enough nice things about this office.
I have a Chihuahua mix that is terrified of his own shadow. He is extremely anxious in new situations. Dr. Vail and her staff are all amazing with him!
Dr. Vail is great. She helped my dog so much. She seems to be very kind.
Today my chow mix Nakita went into Blue Ridge for mass removal. We knew about 3 masses and Dr.Vail found 2 more. Everyone at Blue ridge was so kind and helpful, knowing I was a complete wreck with worry. I am thoroughly impressed with Blue Ridge, they have definitely won over my heart!!!!
