I took my 56 lbs Springerdoodle here. She’d never been to the groomer and I explained all of that to them when I made the appointment. They were very reassuring that they would take it slow and show her the equipment to make sure she was aware. THEY DID NOT. They put her on the table, assigned 3 people to clip her, and when someone turned on a dryer for a different dog she got upset. They immediately called us to come and get her, we got her back half groomed, not bathed, and they had the nerve to charge us $30.00. I would n... read more

We called to set up an appointment for our dog. We spoke with the person on the phone about his breed and whoever was on the phone said that it shouldn’t be a problem. We bring him in, 5 mins after we drop him off we get a call saying the groomer can’t handle the growling. Told us to come pick him up. We talked on the phone about a possible muzzle and they seemed fine with it. Wasn’t willing to do that once we brought him in.. we waited 2 weeks because they said everything should be fine.
