I took my car in for a break job and tune up, and they were very fast paced and I felt like they all really knew what they were talking about. Great experience and great employees. This is the kinda place you could send your grandma or wife too and you would not have to worry about them getting taken advantage of. I really really recommend this shop.

Took my vehicle in for repair, car was making loud noise, sounds like my engine was blown up, a spark plug had came out ,I have a ford f-150 ,I've heard that these trucks have problems with there spark plugs,they where able to fix it at a great price, will go back for all my repairs

Being a Woman i was leary when it came to having my car fixed. I walked into Blue Ribbon Automotive before i had to go to work and was greated right away. I talked to the Owner (Mike) who recently bought the Shop and he was very kind and helpful. Needless to say they ran a diagnostic and found the problem. Mike explained to me what was wrong and asked if i wanted to have them fix it, and also gave me an estimate of what it would cost. *ATTENTION - CONSUMER BEWARE! Don't let the friendly staff and nice atmosphere foul you. I've recently went here for A.C service for $34.99 @ 1:30pm and was told that the job would be finished after 3:00pm. So 4:45 pm comes along and I get a call from MIKE that he would need another 30 min. of Labor ($44.75) to fully inspect the problem, I agreed. Little did I know they close @ 5:00pm. DO not go here and get smogged. I was told if service Engine light on its an Auto fail After they ran smog and I was billed. They knew it would Fail and ran through smog anyway just to get money. Plus if i bring back they said they will charge again!!! Thats over 100.00 for a SMOG!!! They should tell it will not pass when they see Engine light on. I even told them the light was on!!!
