Had a great lunch with my hubby and best friend Patty at the Blue Pig Tavern. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Excellent service, quaint decor. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Cape May.

Eugene, our waiter was great. The meatloaf was a little too spicy for my taste.
Upon arriving for breakfast at 8am on Friday we asked to be seated on the “porch” only 1 table was taken, when we asked for a “4” even though we were only 2 it was given grudgingly. Our waitress was wonderful, our order promptly and provided us with lukewarm coffee. The joke of the morning was that it took over 20 minutes for our “cold eggs, sausage and barely toasted English muffin to arrive”; also included was warm old fruit. Scallops, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables were great. My husband wasn't crazy about the fish and chips.
