This is by far the best restaurant and restaurant owners in VT!! I have known Mandy and Phoebe from before they opened The Blue Paddle and they are two of the hardest working, creative, and genuine people I know. After a vacation in Canada with friends from NM, we had our last dinner with them at the Blue paddle. Mandy was able to fit us in at the last minute. Thanks Mandy. Our friends (who have traveled extensively) were impressed with the food and staff at the Paddle. They decided it was the best eating experience we had the whole trip.

We just celebrated our 29th anniversary with dinner at the Blue Paddle Bistro! The crab cakes are great, the filet melts in your mouth. This place is awesome!
Amazing food, superb staff and terrific atmosphere! We celebrated the upcoming wedding of my sister there with close friends and family and could not be happier with the entire experience! Made for an extra special night to remember! Can't wait to go back again! Mmmmmm
