The journey across the lake to the Blue Paddle is like journeying to the home of beloved friends, except you have the luxury of requesting what you want from an inspired and seasonal menu. The ambience is inviting, warm and cozy; the filet mignons are moo-worthy fantastic; and the proprietors, Chef Phoebe and Mandy? Genuine, gracious, creative. When they exit the kitchen or the dining room, the light dims, such is the nature of their vibrant embrace.
Visited your restaurant last night for the first time. Everything exceeded our expectation. From the delicious food, quick and friendly service, to the wonderful atmosphere, it was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday. Thank you so much, we will be back soon:)
The Blue Paddle Bistro has been a treasured part of our new home in Vermont. Every single person on staff treats you like royalty, and Mandy and Phoebe treat you like family. The food is incredible, and the ambience and decor is comfortable and lovely.
We came to your delicious brunch on Easter...brunch can be tough for me, as I'm allergic to eggs. I had Phoebe's world famous corned beef hash for the first time...soooooo delicious, should be on brunch, lunch and dinner menu's !!! We are NEVER disappointed when we see you (which is often!) Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, and you can't beat the wonderful personalities of Phoebe & Mandy! They take a lot of pride in what they do and absolutely cherish their patrons! They are always 5 star in my book!! A gastronomic delight!
