We enjoyed an early Valentine's Day dinner this evening and it was WONDERFUL! As always, we were greeted with a warm welcome, seated at a cozy table and served fabulous food. Visited there tonight and had rib eye and wish I had ordered filet,as steak too big! Very good food and service excellent and you get your monies worth as the quality is great! We will go back soon for sure!
Food is great. The staff is courteous and friendly--great service. When thinking about moving to the area, this was an experience that really sealed the deal for us. Loved it
The Paddle, it is an amazing restaurant with crazy good food, owned by 2 incredible people who own two incredible pups!!! (Had to mention the pups!) Looking forward to Valentines Day and Mother's Day!! <3
Mandy sets the atmosphere for a wonderful experience and Phoebe's culinary skills serves meals that are addictive and keeps us coming back for more!
Phoebe is the best. Her menu is aLways delicious and creative. Mandy is just the loveable nut that makes all feel welcome. The Paddle has character and always a feeling that EVERY customer is the most important. Thank you ladies.
I live in Plattsburgh, NY, and I have been passing by the Blue Paddle Bistro for years. Why have I never been there before tonight?? It was delightfully cozy, and the co-owner, Mandy, who seated us was just lovely and so personable. But the lead story was Chef Phoebe's food! THANKS, Mandy and Phoebe & Company. I will be back, and I will bring friends!
Food is awesome, atmosphere is great, very good staff! Just wish the place was a bit bigger to make it easier for wheelchairs to get in and around.
