We have been going to Dr. Kristie Trang for a LONG time. She became our forever optometrist when, during my exam, she discovered my partially detached retina. My previous optometrist never saw it. If not for Kristie’s thorough examination, I may have lost my vision. We now live over 40 minutes away and still make the trek to see her. Her kind friendly manner and staff make the travel worth it.
This place was amazing, from customer service to the excellent doctors on staff everything was wonderful. I went in to get new glasses and everyone helped me, my optometrist (Dr. Weissenberg aka Camille) and the office staff helped me pick out the perfect glasses. I now have great glasses that I get a ton of compliments on. Thank you guys for making me super happy with my new look.
I have been coming here longer than I can remember. Every year I get excited to go back because shopping for new frames is like shopping for shoes! So many great options to choose from and the staff is wonderful to work with. I get progressive lenses as well as sunglasses. My prescriptions are always right on and the doctors take their time to make sure things are done right.
Terrible!!! I have been going here for years and I promise me nor my family will ever be going back (anybody I run into I will advise them not to go here). I tried to order Halloween contacts online and they denied it. Even thought I have a valid prescription. They said they denied it because I haven't personally been fitted for these particular contacts. If they don't carry them and won't allow me to order them, how can they do a fitting? Great people I would definitely recommend them!
I have been having issues with my eyes (left worse) including headaches and overall focusing problems. On my first visit to Blue Oaks, I was so impressed with their staff and care that I received. They really went above and beyond what I was expecting and even came up with a treatment plan, before they just did an eye test and gave me a new prescription that wouldn't solve my overall problem. Thank you so much and look forward to my next visit.
I usually hate eye docs - stems from bad experiences as a kid, but I am very pleased with the level of professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, and treatment by the doctor in its entirety. The building is clean and well-kept and a great location; the staff is nice and professional and greets you upon entering.
