UPDATE: Went from 0 stars to 3/5 stars after 3 broken emerald stones, the 4th ring was the one. I appreciate Christopher the sales rep for being as communicative and open as possible as well as the store manager Paul. Given the situation of their supplier for the jewels and stones consistently screwing up (I do recommend sourcing a new stone supplier & jewelry setter). In the end I got the ring after 4 rings.
