These guys have great customer service. Marcus really helped us out of a jam. Both my ring and my fiancée’s rings arrived and they were the wrong items and/or didn’t fit. It took a month after our first order from the houston store to get them in. Marcus got us set up with replacements that fit our tastes and set us up with a return label for the incorrect order. Had a classic experience at this Blue Nile showroom. Went shopping for wedding bands with my fiancé and received such a high-pressure sales pitch that we left the store. I bought her engagement ring from Blue Nile online and had a great experience, and we scheduled an appointment to find a matching band. We were greeted by a very kind staff who quickly showed us the options they had.
