Terrible quality of craftsmanship, had my wifes wedding ring done here, and the prongs broke in less than a year and lost her 4.7 CT diamond, we have the care plan and they refuse to cover the diamond loss because of the care plan doesn't cover the diamond even though it was lost due to their poor craftsmanship... avoid thisbplace at all cost, currently pursuing litigation on the matter.
