Are you really paying someone to stand around and check people in when theirs no volume in the store. I hope this employee who was just checking us in, making us wait 2 hours to just see the rings was worth losing a customer. Genuinely what’s the point of having a store if the customer service is going to deter customers.
We bought our engagement ring today, and I can honestly say the experience was beyond anything we ever imagined. Jeremy was incredibly patient, accommodating, and genuinely personable.
