It’s been a little over a year since my husband and I purchased our wedding rings here. When we first entered the store, we placed our names on the waiting list. We were given an estimated time frame and did not hear back within that time. We had stayed nearby and decided to come back to the store and see after that time frame was over. Wedding tomorrow and Blue Nile failed to deliver our rings I deeply regret trusting Blue Nile with our wedding rings. I specifically chose Blue Nile instead of Brilliant Earth because Brilliant Earth was honest with me about their delivery timeline and could not guarantee that the rings would arrive before my wedding. April at Blue Nile was outstanding. She walked us through every option — cuts, settings, stones — and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. We had a hundred questions and she never once made us feel rushed or silly for asking. Patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right ring.
