Staff is easy to deal with and very compassionate and understanding. Seems like a Christian organization because of their manerisms. May the Lord continue blessing them with success.

Caring and devoted
Mom had other care giving agency in the past. Blue Mountain is the most caring of them. When "Life happens" and situations arose, the staff, both in the office, as well as the caregivers were easy to work with. I know that whatever life threw at us, I could depend on them.
I had the pleasure of working with Blue Mountain for 4 years and it has been an amazing experience. Being a part of a team that worked with creating a flexible schedule, to help accommodate our different life styles was a huge blessing. Working and getting to know different individuals on a personal level was eye opening but rewarding. I would like to thank Ali Hameed for all the hard work he has put into this company to make his employees feel welcome and heard.
