Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la Av. Brodway y de Little Italy. El baño de las habitaciones impecables. Buena fuerza el agua de la duchas. La atención muy buena si hubiera alguien que hable español en la mañana sería mejor. La cafetería excelente. Debería de funcionar hasta las 22, mucha gente ajena al hotel entra porque lo ve interesante. Lo recomiendo. Excelente trato del personal.
RecommendedThe room was really spacious. Pretty good location. Wish there were more restaurants closer to the hotel. It was clean and quiet! Breakfast was basic, nothing to write home about. For the price and convenience, i would recommend. We are going to stay there again in July.
Perfect location, nice staff, room with big balcony and small, but Ok breakfast!! Definitly comebackable!!!
Try to double charge us!! Bad service too and somehow we can never get in touch with a supervisor or manager. DON'T GO THERE!!!
Hi, I am extremely disappointed by this hotel. I've been trying to book a room with a deal I have for a price cheaper for a week and this hotel keeps avoiding my reservation so I don't get the reduction and instead try to make me pay the double of the price!! When you call them apparently no one is in charge and can help but somehow everyone can make you a reservation for the full price!!! So why even advertising false publicity and deals!?!? Jamais été aussi mal traité par un service hôtelier! Ils m'ont chargé deux fois et n'avaient aucun responsable pour corrigé l'erreur! J'ai du contacter directement ma banque pour qu'il refuse les transactions provenant de cet hotel. Le personnel de la réception était rude, bruyant et très impoli.
