Recommendedit waz a great experience
Good location, clean and comfy beds, and good service. Lucky to have amazing room mates at the 6-bed dorm room too! Made my stay in Manhattan fantastic.
We booked and paid for 5 beds together, and we are in different rooms with strangers, my sister and I slept with our day clothing on not feeling comfortable, not even to open my luggage We’re NOT coming back
mgmnt messed up several reservations... put strangers in rooms w/reserved guests.. a total fiasco!

I suggest the blue moon not lie to the customers when they order a room via the internet it is not what they will receive when they arrive - they wont give you a refund! you will either stay and suffer or do like me and go to another hotel to sleep and pay twice. Horrible experience.
NEVER book here. They have a policy of cancelling bookings at the last minute (citing false claims that the credit card didn't work / wasn't valid), left me and my colleague stranded in New York on a Saturday night when everything was booked. Look at their recent reviews on trip advisor, a complete scam.
