The worst expierience ever. Booked hotel for 6 nights. Our flight was cancelled so we contacted the hotel and it was no problems to arrive one day later. When we arrived there was no room for us. They offered us a hotel in Queens or a hostel in Chinatown. Said that we were no show. We showed them and amoma (who we booked thru) the mailconversation about our flight. RecommendedIt’s beautiful rooms r spacious . Pleasant to be there where it’s so close to see what’s happening on East Side . I loved the rooms all famous rooms named after Hollywood stars .

Very rude manager! OMG! Room service is not available for everyday! Clogged pipe! Pretty dirty! Not reasonable price at all! :((( � Additional homeless(?) guest in our room ! When we asked her to go , she slept in front of our room for one night ! and no staff know about that until another day ! omG ! Super duper frightened by this place !
This place is a hostel (very expensive for the room you get), not a hotel! I booked a room and then found out it was a dorm for females only. They said they couldn't help me and also they refuse to refund the charges. Assholes. Don't waste your money staying at this hole.
