Total rip off. Trainer caused injury on initial visit, and continue to take money from account even after we have cancelled membership.
Three years ago my credit card was replaced. For five months they didn't charge or try to get in touch in any way. Then they wanted to fine me which they did. I pointed out they might be partly responsible for it going on so long. Their attitude was obtuse and arrogant. They weren't going admit any fault and would accept nothing but full payment. I offered to pay my bill minus the hefty fine but they preferred full payment or a lawsuit. So they lost a customer for life. They care about money more than keeping their customers... read more
I don't even want to give them 1 star. Hidden fees and twisted policy's that sound legit but aren't. Young lady in the day care is a joke. Young lady behind the counter needs a correction. Total disappointment. Paying the 100$ just to get out of the. "Contract"
