I absolutely, positively, love this place!! Great people at the front desk, trainers, nutritionists, child watch providers, and exercise partners. From the people I plan to work out with, to the people that strike up conversations about their personal journey to health. My home away from home. I always walk in and out with a smile on my face and in my heart. Thank you to all who have encouraged, cheered, and complained with me. I would've never survived, nor made such major changes in my life without you.

Very dishonest people. When I got my meme era hip at the gym, Jaris met with me and signed me up for supposedly 6 personal training sessions for the months of January. I found out later that he signed me up for the entire year and it will cost me 432 dollars to cancel it. On top of it the personal trainer spends no more than 10 minutes with me each session.
