I want to thank Stephanie at Blue Lagoon for her dedication and attention to all of my pool needs, questions and concerns. I sent an email tonight expecting a response tomorrow morning. To my surprise, Stephanie responded immediately. It’s 10:25 pm and she’s walking things through with me. I highly recommend Blue Lagoon. I wish we would have purchased our pool from them. Their service is much more superior than our original pool dealer.

Stephanie provides great customer service. Explains things clearly and there are never too many questions.
Called about parts for our pool. Was told the new part was so expensive I would be better off just buying a whole new pump for just shy of $400.00. I like to support our local companies but this was a no go with them. Ordered the part online for $80.00. Not impressed.
Best investment we've made in a long time!! The staff at Blue Lagoon are top notch!! The quality and craftsmanship of their spas are second to none!!! If you're in the market for a hot tub check them out!!!
