We are thrilled with our pool, and very satisfied with their maintenance.
We love Blue Lagoon Pools and Spas! We bought our first hot tub and they have been so helpful. Krista will respond to a text day, nights & weekends with any questions we have. Their customer service after the purchase is outstanding! So glad we picked them for our purchase.
We just had a semi in ground 24' round pool installed and was very pleased with the exceptional team work involved. They made it happen and were Fun to work with. I phone ordered with Stephanie and trusted her suggestions for all the equipment never owning a pool before. She is wonderful to work with and drove to our house to show me how to run everything. They worked hard and we now have a wonderful pool to enjoy. Our Thanks to Jeff, Stephanie, Jon, Mark, and Bill.
Staff is outstanding and always helpful in any way they can. We are new pool owners now for approx. a year and they made the process of learning pretty easy. We had some issues with leaks in the underground pool and they got us the proper support and advice to get this fixed. What I like to most is the good advice on what to do to keep your water balanced. We had a prior company and they just sold you whatever they could and the bill was always high. Hot tub quit working. These guys went out of their way to squeeze us in during the busy season. Now it works; at a very reasonable price. My wife is happy. I am extremely pleased!
I took a water sample in, and Breanna was so helpful in testing it and setting me up with exactly what I need to get my pool water sparkling! She was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend Blue Lagoon for great service!
Highly recommend Blue Lagoon, first of all for their good products and the positive shopping and purchasing experience. The real source of our continuing satisfaction is the “service after the sale” experience. There is not a question for which they cannot cheerfully provide a solution. We look nowhere else for chemicals or services.
Use this place to watch my car often. One of the few automatic car washes I will use.
