I called Blue Ivy looking for a very special funeral arrangement floral display. I spoke with Addison who quickly jumped in with the owner to help fulfill the request. I needed a flower arrangement that was more about superheroes and fun as this was being sent for a co-workers aunt who passed away. First off...some of the positive reviews on here are fake. I met with the owner several times regarding my wedding flowers. I sent her pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do the bouquet in my colors. My wedding bouquet did not look anything like what was pictured. The pew decorations she quoted me had around half a dozen flowers…she used TWO flowers on my pews and she charged me $43.70 each. Honestly they were the ugliest pew decorations I have seen. I sent flowers to a dear friend in the hospital, I asked for very unique modern fresh arrangement and it was gorgeous! My friend loved them, and the nurses did too. Blue Ivy is known for their artist designs, and their customer service is top notch. I will use Blue Ivy from now on and so will my family & friends.

I ordered a Christmas Centerpiece from out of town. i described that I would like a pine centerpiece with some carnations and pine cones. My friend sent me a picture. Oh my! What was sent was a monstrosity of different flowers sticking every which way possible. Did not even look like a centerpiece. I paid $65 for the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. I use to own my own floral shop and would never have let anything of that sort out the door. will never order from them again.

Blue Ivy is absolutely AWESOME!!! I had ordered flowers from one of the 1-800 florists on-line to be delivered the day before Valentine Day, only to find out that the flowers were not delivered (even though I had an e-mail stating they had been delivered). So at 8:45 p.m. (after calling several other florists and no one answered), Blue Ivy was next on my list. I full expected them not to answer because it was late in the evening but they DID!!!! They are wonderful! I used them for the first time for my wedding last year and was so impressed. I've been there for a few other random, last minute gifts and have always been pleased with the customer service and quality of flowers.

I have used Blue Ivy Flowers a number of times to help recognize a life event for one of our employees. I am located in Knoxville so I do not have the benefit of going to the store and selecting what is perfect for each occasion. Over the years I have grown to trust their judgement.
