Things were left undone. We have cracks in our mortar. We have dead plants. We have a water feature that isn’t working correctly. After repeated unanswered texts, we called the owner today only to learn he is no longer in business and our contractual warranty is null and void. Sad for a project that was done this year.
Only one word to describe Blue Heron Designs, INCREDIBLE!!! Their designs are simply amazing and so unique. Here is the best part...Shelby Alvarez is dependable and trust worthy. Anyone who has ever had to deal with contractors of any type knows these are rare attributes. Five stars is not quite enough!
We have worked with Shelby and his team for several years and they are AMAZING! Shelby's designs are creative and always gorgeous, and his team is kind and hard working! I recommend them to everyone!
Is there a way to give MORE than 5 stars? Blue Heron Design Group (Shelby Alvarez) finished a major outdoor renovation project at my home yesterday (08.26.16). wow omg we are so so pleased to have found shelby . Our backyard paradise was finished Friday night oct 23 . The project was started Oct 5.A major transformation took place in this very short time. Thank you to Shelby and his team his mason Jesus is the best in the world. Everyone worked so very hard . The vision he had for our yard was perfect.
