I recently made a bone-head move and cut into one of my valve actuator lines while trimming the grass under/around my pool equipment with electric sheers. This caused my equipment to have no power. I called Blue Haven and Cheryl, Melissa, and Ryan helped fix the problem, saving me time and money. Cheryl helped me diagnose the problem over the phone, determining I must have blown a fuse. Driver almost hit my car changing lanes into my lane while I was in his blind spot, and rather than wave in apology when I honked, they gave me the finger and shook their hands around while yelling! Mistakes happen, but if drivers are any indication of company WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Don't use these people. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid them $110,000 too put in a pool. It has been one issue after the other. They did a horrible job and once we had paid they ignored any requests for fixes. Then we had a piece of travertine fall off last month. No big deal, we had a freeze so I am sure it was that.
