on 12/31/17 a pipe burst in my apartment and since this belonged to the building they paid for fixing the plumbing and wall damaged by the flood. However, the baseboard was left pending and in order to accommodate my tenants, I bought it and had installed and painted. This cost me $60 for the installation and $21.39 for the baseboard.
