The meals are prepared on the Montague grill at 1800 degrees Farenheit, which induces the food to retain all its natural flavors. From Filet Mignon to New York Strip and Porterhouse, all the big players are on the menu including Ahi Tuna, Salmon Filet and Diver Scallops. The wine list is extensive and you can choose from Chardonnays to Italian Reds and Blush, serving 1.5 and 5 litre bottles.

Took my husband to Blue for Father's Day and once again the staff outdid themselves. We were warmly greeted with a friendly "Happy Fathers Day" from the hostess. This is without any doubt my favorite restaurant for special occasions. I had the crab omelette and Bloody Mary. Excellent choice ! My husband had the burger and Miller lite! Excellent food! Everything was perfect and we had an amazing server named Pat. We could not ask for anything better. All 16 of us loved our meals. Highly recommend Blue!!

I have attended our band banquet there for three past 3 years and unfortunately these have been present in my experience. My meat was 2/3 fat, I was served a small soda and was never approached for a refill, my portion was half as big as someone who sat right next to me and there was way too much seasoning on a tiny amount of food. It is a beautiful setting for pictures inside and out, but the food and service are what I really payed for and did not receive anything near the price.
