My wife and I had dinner at the Blue Duck Tavern on a recent trip to Washington DC. The restaurant had been recommended by a friend. Believe the great reviews because this is an excellent restaurant. The food was cooked to perfection and the sugar cookies are a must for dessert. If we had not dined there, we would have missed something. But, it was the attention and service of Michael Hillman that made this one of the best dining experiences of a long lifetime. We had a fantastic meal. Everything we tried was well executed and tasted fantastic. The service was outstanding, friendly, intuitive and genuine.
