Caring and Compassionate I have been going to BCVH since my chocolate lab had 10 puppies over 2 years ago. Never once during this time have I experienced anything except for caring and concern from the staff and especially Dr. G and Dr. H. Both of whom are more than just veterinarians, they are compassionate individuals who have gone out of there way to make sure my family members are well cared for. This was exemplified recently when my oldest puppy was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in Septemer 2007. Since the first examinati... read more

SCAM Big Fat Fraud!!! I use to take my cats to Blue Cross. I took one of my cats in for an exam (yearly) and the vet told me that she needed her teeth cleaned. So I had them clean her teeth. I took my cat home and two days later she was very very very sick. So I took her back. I saw the SAME vet who cleaned her teeth a few days earlier and the VET said ??oh she needs her TEETH CLEANED?!!!!!!! OMG!!! I just had her teeth cleaned not even a week ago. She just left the room. I was horrified!!! She looked in my cats mouth and sa... read more

BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PET, BY FAR THE MOST CARING STAFF-THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTORS, WITH THE BEST BED SIDE MATTER. IT IS THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD EVER TAKE MY PETS!!!!! TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE WOULD BE SILLY.

Adminstrative Hurdles While the quality of veterinary care seem very good, the support staff are not very helpful. Getting the smallest amount of information about a pet's status, details on medication, advice on treating pets after procedures, etc. is nearly impossible. This fact makes the overall experience less than favorable.

Two Paws Up for BCVH The level of care I received for my St Bernard at Blue Cross was excellent. Like many others I am immediately suspicious of any operation that will not allow people in their back room and I went to look on my own without permission and I saw a clean, well stocked and managed area. This was my first experience there and it will not be my last. I recently took my dog to a vet nearby because I was upset and in a hurry and failed to read the sign but saw a blue building and assumed it was Blue Cross. I was o... read more

They care about pets!!! If you are looking for a friendly place that will take care of your pets this is it. The staff is nice, the doctors explain things well, and there is parking available. I have been bringing my dogs and cats here for several years and I highly recommend them!

The Best Vet in town! I used to take my dalmation to a VCA until it actually got ill, and they ultimately did everything they could to kill her except kill her immediately. I was given the wrong medication and they neglected her and it was this which ultimately caused my dog to die. I now take my other dogs to Blue Cross because I don't feel the same negligence to my pets; as a matter of fact, all the employees I've encountered know my dogs immediately when i enter, and the feeling of coming to good friends for help is conve... read more
