I have been taking our pets to Blue Cross Pet Hospital since 1969 so have shared many life events of our human and animal family all these decades! I was delighted when Dr. Roberta Raymond came to BCPH almost 30 years ago and we all so appreciate her and the entire loving staff. Thanks for the excellent care of so many pets and for being a great part of our extended family!
We rescued a 10 year old female German shepherd who had a large tumor on her abdomen. It was removed at the shelter but never healed properly. After an initial visit to a different vet that wanted three times what Blue Cross ended up charging us we stayed with BC. Dr. Raymond was fabulous. She explained everything clearly to us and even got down on the floor with our dog to examine her. The incision healed beautifully so now we can enjoy our girl for how ever much longer we are blessed with her.
I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I started to take my German Shepherd here when he was a puppy and continued to do so for 11 years. I even continued to take him there after moving out of the area. From the vet techs at the front, the vet techs in the back and to all the Veterinarians, I was shown friendliness, compassion, and professionalism.
