BCPH is the best group of veterinary care professionals in the area. I have been going to this vet hospital since I was a child with my parents. Dr. Roberta Raymond is an amazing human who treats every pet as if it were her own. I am constantly sharing how wonderful the care is here and I would not know where to go to find this level of true concern regarding our four legged children.
Dr Raymond has been our vet for 14 years and has given excellent and compassionate care to our several cats and dogs. As a human healthcare provider, I appreciate the amount of time she gives me every time a bring a pet to see her. No matter how her day is going she is totally present in the exam room and I never feel rushed. Thank you BCPH.
Love them! Office staff is very friendly and everyone listens to your needs. They are always upfront and honest about what your pet needs or doesn't need. Costs are reasonable in my opinion. My only complaint is that the parking lot is small, but I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!
Thank you Dr Raymond for your kindness and understanding yesterday. It was such a sad day as my furry friend Willy had to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. If I ever again get another dog I will definitely be taking him/her to see you. My thanks to the staff, all were so compassionate
The staff is great! Very honest and upfront with charges. They gave me different options for flea, tick and heart worm prevention and the benefits of each brand. I liked that they referred to their personal experiences using the different brands and what they like or dis liked about them. So glad I found this hospital!
Just amazing how entire staff is so kind compassionate and profesional. I will never take my Boxer to another Vet I am so happy that my dog and I both leave their office feeling better.
