Amazing! – Just what i had been looking for a proffessional salon (the owner has over 30 yrs exp.) without all the pretention of your typical upscale portland salon. Awesome job! – Ive been seeing paul at the blue chair salon for a few months now and absolutely love my hair each time i see him. I go to him because he has an opinion of how my hair should look in relation to my face shape and coloring instead of just asking me what i want. Paid too much, hair is uneven, hair is falling – I used to get my hair cut for $45 from a senior stylist who moved so I was forced to look for another stylist. I went to Paul and asked him a bunch of questions the night before. He said he would charge me $60, no first time discounts. Need a color correction? Paul is your guy.... – I' ve been bleaching my hair blonde from a box for the past 5 years. Suddenly I felt the need to get back to my roots, so to speak. Highly recommend!!!! – Paul is very good about taking what i envision for my hair and improving on it. I would definately recommend him to anyone who is nervous about making a change or worried about translating what they want.
Rachel C. is the one for me – I have very thick and full asian hair. I've tried many stylists in the past, not many knew how to cut mine. Rachel knows well and does very well.
Another Rave for Rachel! – In a word: FABULOUS! I can't recommend Rachel enough. She's highly creative, professional and has rockin' skills as a colorist. I've really enjoyed having her as my stylist because she actually listens to what I want/need. I ask for an easy, edgy style that works with this curly mop and I walk away with an easy, edgy style that works with this curly mop - no talking me into hours of styling, product and fuss. Rachel ROCKS! – I have short hair and struggle to find a great stylist who consistently creates a great cut. I have been with Rachel for several years now after going to stylist after stylist. I could never get the right cut or color. The cut would either be bulky or frumpy. The color to bleachy. Rachel is PERFECT. I am a mom, so never want to feel frumpy. Wonderful Work!!!!! – I got a hair cut and color form paul and it is absolutly beautiful!!! I wasnt really sure what I wanted and paul worked with me and we figured out something fun and funky. It's the best hair cut and color I have ever had. The color is rich and bright and hasnt faded a bit since he did it!
