I’ve been going to Bluebonnet Bakery for 30 years and I am so disappointed with the service that I got there today. The young girl that helped me was openly irritated and impatient with taking my cake order. When I showed her a picture of what I wanted she abruptly stated “we need 48 hours notice to do that”. She didn’t attempt to ask anyone else if it could possibly be done or give an apology. And she never smiled. Not sure I’ll be continuing my business there. So sad.

Horrible first time experience! We ordered and paid for king cakes for my son's Kindergarten class party weeks ago. My husband comes to pick them up as he scheduled weeks ago to be told his order was given away. The lady then attempted to make him take other already assembled king cakes with different fillings. Will never order from there again.
Blue Bonnet is by far my favorite bakery in Fort Worth! I look forward to celebrating every family birthday with one of their delicious cakes.
I ordered a large custom cake for my daughter’s 18th Birthday party. Bluebonnet Bakery did an absolutely fabulous job! They were so helpful and accommodating and the cake was the best we’ve ever had. Thank you for being so wonderful and making her cake such a huge hit!!!

Ordered a birthday cake for our sons first birthday over a month before the party (sent picture of what we wanted and paid for it). They just called two days before and told us they couldn't do it. Didn't even offer any ideas of what we could do instead. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves.
