Quality has gone way down from last year. Seems they have changed their buttercream frosting to whipped, or else using a substitute for the butter. My 3 layer cake fell apart when trying to slice. Ruined my daughter's desire for this special Neapolitan cake I get her every year. Guess I will be going to Swiss Bakery in the future for her birthday, they use the real buttercream like on wedding cakes. Much more friendly and workers seem happier to help!!

I love Blue Bonnet Bakery. My mom and I ordered my wedding cake ftom them 44 years ag. When my daugher was ready to marry we went straight to Blue Bonnet. Ordered 9 different cakes in various flavors and sizes. The cake table was awesome. Our family have ordered from BB for cakes and pies on many occasions and have not been disappointed.
I went on a Saturday at lunch-time. I had the turkey sandwich with cranberry. It was just ok. The homemade chips were awesome though. I highly recommend. Now, my peave. They didnt have any coffee. I was there over 30 minutes waiting and waiting. They said they were sorry but were shorthanded and too busy. Whats a pastry shop without coffee? In my opinion, a very poorly run one. I wont be going back. Its a nice location though. We can only hope that they get their act together.
Family has ordered my birthday cakes from here and they were beautiful. My husband and I also received our wedding cake from them. We couldn't have picked a better place. The staff is great and willing to work with you to make your celebration piece is exactly what you want. Thank you!
