I ordered 18 cupcakes for my Granddaughter's birthday and they were the best! So moist! And they were beautiful!!!
My family ordered two cakes from Blue Bonnet for my dad's 70th birthday party over the weekend. One cake was German Chocolate, and the other was supposed to be vanilla with vanilla buttercream icing. Instead of vanilla, we received a chocolate cake with buttercream icing. The mistake was not noticed until the cake was cut during the party. A call was made on Saturday, and my sister-in-law was told she would receive a call back either that day or Monday. We still have not received a call. I called yesterday to order a king cake for my office next week and whoever answered the phone was so helpful. She listed all of the filling flavors and the sizes/prices of their king cakes. I wish this information was online though. Regardless I am very excited to celebrate Mardi Gras with a king cake this year!
This was our first time trying BBB, it was recommend by my brother. So-so vegetable soup, but good chicken salad sandwich. Great prices. The chocolate glazed donuts are excellent! The employees were working hard and one mentioned to me that they were short handed. We may return again when in the neighborhood, but quite frankly, there are to many places better.
Oh, we love those coconut cream and pecan pies, all is good in this neighborhood!!

Horrible first time experience!
Have been happy for 20+ yrs until today! My custom cake and cookie orders looked horrible- could not take them to party, because I would have been too embarrassed. I was told they have a new decorator. My question to the manager was “why weren’t these quality checked before I came?” Her response was,”I have a lot to do!”
