While I absolutely LOVE they are a local FW bakery & the food is beautiful and tasty, the extremely poor service I've experienced repeatedly for multiple call ahead orders and visits over the last year has caused me to take my business elsewhere. Terrible experience every single time we try to call in orders in advance for pick up. Every single time. Exhausting.

Being disappointed by other places and their King Cake, this place is legit! Pretty dang close to my Gambinos King Cake from back home. Super moist and the cream cheese was not dried out and was very filling. Amazing job for my LSU party. Friends were wowed. Will use this place again for sure!
I called early morning asking specifically about cakes and cookies and if they had some ready to purchase w/o having to place an order. I was told they did. I then asked when the cakes and cookies were baked, and I was told they had been made that morning. The cake I bought, Italian cream was awful! It must have been at least two days old. I love this bakery, but wasn’t a fan of getting a phone call two days before my wedding with a problem with the cake we ordered. It felt like they were just trying to get more money out of us considering it’s not as if we could find another bakery to make a wedding cake in TWO DAYS. They did offer to change the cake for a small charge, but we opted to pay more and get what we ordered. The kicker is that the fix couldn’t have cost more than ten bucks worth of cake and labor.
