i’m an old tenant of blue bay. blue had such amazing communication with us & the house owner. when we needed any maintenance done, we just filled out a ticket thru their online portal, and sometimes Dave (their maintenance man) would show up within a couple of hours! we had no complaints thru the 3-4yrs we were with blue bay as tenants. you’re truly in great hands with blue bay capital! Brian is always thoughtful to the well being of the tenants. Very responsive to requests. Great communication with tenants on scheduling repairs or maintenance. Always dependable and timely.
The communication from Amanda at Blue Bay Capital was so great! She was very helpful and responded right away with any questions we had. The application process was very smooth and stress free. We were very happy with the entire process :)
