During my showing I was pleased with how well Amanda communicated. She was up front and gave me guidance on steps on how to move forward not only with Blue Bay but if I decide on another unit that I am interested in. She was kind and you could tell she loves helping others but at the same time very real. I appreciated that even if I do not go with her unit.
Back steps fell apart back in December….still waiting for that to get fixed, or even some communication as to when it will be fixed. Maintenance guy came and told me I needed new door and frame to block the massive draft that blows through my house….still waiting to hear anything about that getting fixed. How many requests do I have to put in for the same things before they actually get fixed.
