Back steps fell apart back in December….still waiting for that to get fixed, or even some communication as to when it will be fixed. Maintenance guy came and told me I needed new door and frame to block the massive draft that blows through my house….still waiting to hear anything about that getting fixed. How many requests do I have to put in for the same things before they actually get fixed. When my furnace was down they sent SAENZ HEATING to replace my furnace and get my heat going
