I (in Brazil) tried to buy flowers for a friend (in Canada) for her birthday. I received no updates on the process all day, I called several times and nothing, I sent messages on Instagram and by email. After 8 pm they replied saying they didn't deliver to that address. They could have responded at the time of purchase or prevented me from making the purchase; now I have nothing to give my best friend on the other side of the world for her birthday. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a flower shop.
Bought a bouquet for Mother’s Day. Was delivered at stated time and recipient was very pleased :)
I placed an order through FTD for my sister’s birthday. Blossom Shop delivered an outstanding beautiful arrangement to her. I’m still hearing about it days later. Blossom Shop you are in my address book now. Thank you for making my sister and myself so happy.
I am writing to apologize to Blossom Shop Halifax as I mixed them up with BlossomFlowerDelivery and wrote a terrible review. I have never ordered from Blossom Shops, but the owner was so kind and understanding about my mistake, that I will be sure to try them out in the future!
