I have a calling for 2 1/2 hours and the phones do not work. I have called and hit every extension and they rang and rang until they disconnected. How are you supposed to get in touch with somebody at this office? Please let me know. Thank you

I had a 10:30 appt waited until 11:25 and asked how far behind they are running. Only 3 people in the Waiting room myself included she said oh they were just getting my chart ready told them I would reschedule and walked out. I didn’t reschedule. I think that’s outrageous!! I don’t wait more than 30 min period
I have always had excellent care and Dr. Kwan is the best!
I've been a patient for about 8+ years. I've had good/bad experiences. Today takes the cake. Called to make an appointment and told I was dismissed from the practice because I posted something negative on Facebook. My post tagged me at this facility but no names were used and I'm sorry if my time is not of value of one particular LPN. Thanks for your service and the push I needed to find another primary care doctor. I picked convenience over satisfaction for too long.
