I was politely asking for them to redo the design multiple times and they redid it and at some point gave up and left it how it was. my nails look nothing from the original photo and they didn’t even add the details that were in the photo. Not worth 70 dollars at all.
I arrived on time for my scheduled slot and waited about 30 minutes for my nail tech to come in from outside. I completely understood and even told her to take her time settling in. However, the actual service ended up taking three full hours for a basic fill… no intricate work, just a regular fill!!
