The owner of this small business really believes in providing excellent customer service! We ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered. On the evening of the delivery day, she contacted us to let us know that no one was home to receive the arrangement and no one was answering the phone. She offered to try the delivery the following morning, even though it was a day before the busy Valentine’s Day deliveries!
