awesome people and good service
Unfortunately 2 family members had donated within the past week at this site. A back up of donors and only 2 blood center team members trying to cover - an additional 4-5 blood center team members “ hiding out in a back room “. Very frustrating that the level of service seen by donors may potentially decrease donations for not feeling appreciated.
i just really enjoy donating and the staff is always super friendly and super nice you should definitely try it out unless you're afraid of needle's but the staff is very gentle with you
Great experience with Great people
I am a regular donor and almost always have a good experience but today was different. They were running 90 minutes behind schedule. I wish someone at the front desk would have told me. Either I would have rescheduled or I would have done some shopping at Southridge or another nearby store. I understand they were short staffed and busier than usual but a wait that long should have been relayed. Thanks for letting me vent. As usual, I will be back for my next scheduled appointment.
