I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and fun to talk to. I always feel welcome and appreciated. And I'm a hard poke; but they always have someone who can find a vein.
The staff was very friendly and had my first BloodDonation experience at BloodCentre of Wisconsin (Greenfield location)
Yesterday I had a 7:15am appointment to donate double red cells. I was greeted by Leo, who was very excited because I was going to be his "first"! He had just been trained on a new machine and I was his first double red donor of the day. He was super friendly and reassured me he had stuck thousands before me, just not on this machine. � Everything went smoothly and I was in and out of there in no time.
