Recommendedthe staff is patient and very nice. it's a great atmosphere and they are very calming especially for new donors.
Called me to ask for blood, scheduled me the next day for 11:00am. Of course I show up early as always. No one told me they gave me their opening time as an appointment. Stood outside in 90 degree weather, humid as can be. They let me stand outside while allowing two other to come in early. One of which was a lady who said the door is normally open, well thats because she locked it behind her when she walked past me to open the door. RecommendedI am a regular donor and almost always have a good experience but today was different. They were running 90 minutes behind schedule. I wish someone at the front desk would have told me. Either I would have rescheduled or I would have done some shopping at Southridge or another nearby store. I understand they were short staffed and busier than usual but a wait that long should have been relayed. Thanks for letting me vent. As usual, I will be back for my next scheduled appointment.
