First time I ever had a negative experience in all my years donating, tech screwed up inserting needle had to leave without donating and no explanation. Finally had a supervisor explain the techs errors, from now on I request an experienced tech
Always an awesome experience. Everyone on staff is always so friendly. I was running 25 mins late for my appointment but they said come on in we'll wait. Top notch customer service
Easy to schedule, normally short waits from appointment time. Only tweak I would make would be allowing the hemoglobin check to happen on arrival rather than after going through 30+ minutes of waiting, educational materials, and vital signs. I am on the border for hemoglobin so it's frustrating to take the time out of the day and be turned away.

Love it. Just completed my 100th platelet donation.
I give blood 3 - 4 times per year as my schedule permits. I have been blessed with good health and do my best to share the blessing. Facilities and procedures have been updated several times over the years. Staff and volunteers have always been professional and courteous.
Every associate has been extremely nice and courteous
