fantastic pedicure – I have to say that I rarely find the need to post a review on citysearch... so the fact that I am taking the time to do so already speaks volumes. Initially I was put off by the decor, which seemed a bit outdated, or at least not my style. Tiffany Rocks! – After returning to Portland from extensive travel, I couldn't wait to see Tiffany. Not only is she the best stylist and colorist in Portland but she will keep you smiling with wonderful conversation. She has great energy and will work with you to find your perfect style. I tell everyone I meet about her because we are all looking for that "perfect" stylist. If you are tired of mediocre haircuts, do yourself a favor and head to Bliss Salon in SE Portland. You will love it!
Tiffany is the best! – I found TIffany after years of "just okay" haircuts and have never looked back. In fact, after my mother-in-law and very high maintenance (but wonderful!) mom saw my hair they have become Tiffany clients even though they both live very far away. She is wonderful at what she does and I've learned to just go with her best advice, she really does know best. Her positive attitude and sense of humor round it all out to something I look forward to every couple months. She's the best!
Lisa is amazing...but... – I love Lisa, I went through three bad cuts before her and am glad I found the right hairdresser. I have been here twice now! I went to book an appointment online, but when I went to select Lisa's name, she wasn't on there. But she's still on the website. Does anyone know if she's still there? Because if she isn't I won't be back to Bliss.
Stephanie is AMAZING – I was soo nervous to go get my hair done my Stephaine (05/30). Not only do I have crazy thick hair I have globs of it and Stephanie knew exactly what to do with it, unlike many other salons. I only got it colored this time but I love it. The girl is amazing at what she does and you will feel at ease. She listened and right away knew what I had in mind even before I did. My hair has a best friend. Her name is Rebecca! – I saw Rebecca when she worked at Dirty Little Secret but in an impulsive fit of desperation tried somewhere new when I heard they went out of business......that was a huge mistake! So glad I was able to find Rebecca at Bliss!
