Crystal was fantastic to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable about the products the company offers and is efficient and very responsive. I would definitely work with her and Blinds 4 Design in the future.
The Products they use are a bit cheap. My shutters were not installed correctly. A few of the middle pieces broke in the first year.
I was given Pauls number from a friend who used Paul in her new home she bought, I called him to have someone come over and give be a bid on a job for my parents home in Pebble Beach, he showed up on time, was probably one of the nicest guys you will meet, very professional and knowledgeable about his products he sells. Since then I have used Paul on my personal home and have given his name to many people. Paul is the very Best at what he does. I would highly recommend this man. Excellent customer service! Paul was patience, explained step by step my options. I love my Shutters and the kitchen blinds! His crew Manny and Max (installers) very professional, fast and installation was perfect. If you are looking for good product, prices and excellent customer service. Blinds 4-Design is the place!
