Paul caught us while we were moving into our home, he claimed he could do better than the competition. Of course we've heard that before but we decided to give him a shot and I must say we have NOT been disappointed. Admittedly our blinds took three weeks to come in but that is because we decided to go with a premium blind (which has nothing to do with Paul's service). Purchasing from Blinds 4 Designs was a great experience. This day and age customer serivce is lacking, but with Blinds 4 Designs, that was never the case. When we entered the show room, Crystal was very helpful and pleasant. CHECK PUBLIC RECORDS FOR LAWSUITS FILLED AND WON AGAINST BLINDS 4 DESIGN..paul has been sued many times by customers and his employees..I worked for him for 2 years..I managed his show rm as well as installing his products wich allways came in 2 or 3 months late..he refused to answer the phone because he owed product to customers..he allways had me tell the customers that the product is coming from china and they are on back order..I had to take him to court to recieve my pay(wich I was awarded)..this is all public records..... read more
We recently purchased a new home in Gilroy. Paul from Blinds 4 Design came promptly out, measured and would take 6-8 weeks for our shutters to be delivered & installed. Paul surprised us by delivering the shutters within 4 weeks. One shutter didn't fit because of the molding put up around the window (not Blinds for Design fault) which didn't fit properly. Nice guy. Blinds came in when he said they would. As soon as they arrived they were installed that same day. Half price compared to other stores! Would definitely buy from him again. Thanks Paul!
Ordered shutters & blinds for our home through Paul (owner) who stated it would take 7-8 weeks for them to arrive. After 8 weeks I attempted multiple times to contact Paul, I finally reached him only to be told order would be another 1-2 weeks. The day Paul arrived to install shutters he advised that the shutters for sliding glass door and blinds for restrooms had not arrived.
