The Phone is screwed up right now, wish it was fixed
I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I bought a laptop here, they were so helpful. I've had it worked on a couple of times with zero charge to me. Service after the sale is invaluable!
I just dropped off 2 old TVs at the Taylorville store for recycling. No charge for Christian County residents.
I keep having the same issues with my laptop after taking it in 3 times.
I live in Lincoln ,and had a problem with my laptop these guys helped me over the phone,and I am most grateful that they did help me . I have taken my computers there since 2012 to get worked on ,and will always be a loyal customer . I also have recommended some family and friends to go there so they can get their computers fixed ,and I will always keep recommending this place to friends and family .
I bought a laptop at the Springfield store and it wouldn't work when I hot it home. Will never buy from them again.

Had "an issue" with my Dell laptop: message that Windows couldn't update. Took my laptop to BLH on Stevenson Drive in Springfield. (Have been a loyal customer since they "saved" my a couple of years ago! Had a an earlier problem in August 2014. True to their 90 warrantee, they ran a disc check, eliminated errors and updated programs - at no charge! <3 the crew at BLH in Springfield!
