The Springfield location didn't seem too kind on the phone, it seemed as though asking for a simple cleaning on a laptop was a bit of an irritation. Cleaning services should be walk in, especially on small devices with a clear cut issue known by the owner. Reliability is key in these situations especially with reoccurring customers, somebody who works from home I need that kind of a reliability. I'm sure the shop is great but they lack the speedy services required by any genuine enthusiast or work from home providers.
great work so happy with my 3600x 2070 super pc. their customer service is great.had a little issue with ram but i managed to fix it. i had my pc that i build turns out i had cpu improperly seated. i am super happy that i learned something new i will defiantly recommend people this place. i recycle my old pc as well love their tiny little museum that they have of old electronics.
