Had the best experience today!! Took a Chromebook in that I couldn't get to start up. They told me usually it's a 2 day turn around which I figured. Two hours later they called and it was fixed!!!! Amazing service and the people were great. Thanks!!!
I had to take my desktop in because it wouldn't start up. I had originally purchased it from BLH. Beau diagnosed it right away and replaced the power unit....and DID NOT CHARGE ME!! He was quick, courteous and very professional. This shop is a MUST to deal with....very impressive. I am thankful for them!!
YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! My laptop was running extremely slow. I took it in for them to clean up, brought it home and it still was running slow. I called them on the phone and they took me step by step to help me solve the problem. Now I can get back to my customers and business without my laptop slowing me down!!! Thank you so very much!!!!!

Take advantage of senior citizens, selling him junk computers for the price of new ones. Just because they don't know better.

I took my laptop to BLH computers last week for a data transfer to my new computer. I had to take it back because they didn't do it right. They also kept my old computer. I was not happy with the service at all. Pretty sure they were planning to sell it. What a scam.
