By far the most detailed inspection report I'd ever seen in all the homes I've bought & sold in my life. Adam found a bunch of stuff on what I thought was a home with good "bones". Seller chopped 55k off the price in lieu of fixing all that Bleu Nova found. Would highly recommend.

I live in New York and was building a house in Myrtle Beach. I hired Blue Nova to inspect the building process during The various stages Of constructIon. Adam was phenomenal. He was very detail oriented. He took tons of pictures, sent me details And specifications of the build during each phase. Bleu Nova has done 2 home inspections for my wife and I and Adam and Mike are the best. Responsiveness, detailed reporting, warranty watch on appliances and follow up are superior. I've had a few home inspections and can tell say you won't find a better team than this. Steve W
