Excellent customer service, called right away and took the time to walk me through the process and how the inspection would be conducted. Was able to get it scheduled the next day and it was done very thoroughly. Followed up later in the week to make sure everything was good and to see if I had any questions about the reports.

I am so happy with the inspection and customer service that I received from Bleu Nova! Mike was my inspector, he was incredibly thorough, very helpful, patient and courteous. He got my report back immediately after our inspection, even though he had to come back to look at something that the seller had blocked by moving boxes! He answered every question I had, even if it seemed trivial. My report came with pictures of everything, and a recall check on all of the appliances in the house.
