I have used Blessed Assurance twice in the last six weeks. Jim performed the inspection both times. He was thorough, patient and very good at answering all my questions in a simple and straightforward manner. I appreciate that he wasn't pushy in his advice but presented the facts and possible solutions available. My realtor also commented that Jim was one of the more thorough inspectors he's seen and would recommend him to future clients. Customer service was also great and the report was delivered the same day.

This is the second time I used Blessed Assurance for a home inspection and the second time I was impressed with the Inspector and the inspection report. The report was available promptly and was very thorough including photos and a video. Jim answered all of my questions as I followed him around while inspecting the property. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me (and my realtor) to understand. I could not be more pleased and heartily recommend Blessed Assurance for all your home inspection needs!

Thank you Blessed Assurance! Terry, the inspector who looked at a home for me, saved me from purchasing a disaster! The home had significant foundation problems...some covered up by a "vapor barrier" installed by the home owner. My search for a home continues and I will absolutely use Blessed Assurance for my next home inspection.
This is a GREAT home inspection company, particularly Terry. He is absolutely amazing, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He walks through with you and explains everything as the inspection is happening. He was extremely kind and welcoming as well, as a female sometimes our questions get dismissed or not given the attention deserved, not once did I feel like this with Terry. He answered all of my questions and explained things to me that I wasn’t sure of. We would go back to him again and again!
